After years of practice and a 6 months course, in 1997 I was hired as a Group Fitness Instructor
Then I discovered Cardio Kickboxing!
Today, I am still teaching Group Fitness classes with all my love and I want to show you how my energy is, to help you decide if I am the type of energy that you want to work with. We then discuss plans and goals for weight loss, muscle gain, endurance building and any other goals that you have.
